FAQ's

1. How do I place an order?

Click on the Contact page and shoot me a message with your order details.

2. How far in advanced do I need to place an order?

For cuppies, at least 1 week and for cakes, at least 2 weeks. If you need a rush order, please contact me and I'll see what can be done!

3. Do you offer gluten free or vegan desserts?

No, I don't offer these at the moment.

4. Do I need to place a deposit on my order?

Yes, all orders require at least a 50% deposit upon booking. Your order will not go into the calendar without a deposit.

5. What types of payments do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, and PayPal.

6. How do I store my cuppies and cake overnight?

Any cuppies with buttercream can be left room temperature overnight. Cupcakes with fresh fruit, fresh whipped cream, or cream cheese should be refrigerated overnight, and be taken out 30-60 minutes before serving. My cuppies are best when room temperature. Cakes should be refrigerated overnight and taken out 30-60 minutes before serving. Please remember my boxes are not air tight. Boxes should be wrapped in seal wrap or foil, or contents should be moved to an air tight container.

7. Do you use fondant?

I do not cover any of my cakes in fondant. All cakes are iced in american buttercream. Buttercream tastes so much better and buttercream texture is much more beautiful than fondant. There are more than a few places in Philly to get stunning fondant cakes- but not here, sorry!

8. Do you bake from scratch?

Yes! Everything is made by me using the best quality ingredients I can get my little hands on!

9. How do I cut my cake to get all the servings?

Cutting cake isn't tricky but there is a method to get the proper amount of servings. Please refer to this quick tutorial.

10. What is the cancellation policy?

I understand situations happen and you may no longer need your cake or cuppie order anymore, but from the moment your order is placed, I already start putting work into it like planning, designing, prepping, etc.

If you cancel 7 days or less prior to your pickup/delivery date, your order is non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule, same cancellation policy applies and you will need to place another order for the new date.

If you're cancelling/rescheduling 8 days or more before your pickup/delivery date, your order will be refundable and can be rescheduled.
